Returning an Item


I want you to be entirely happy with every purchase you make from Jason Hall Art. There will, however, be times when you need to return items to me.

The 'When to Return an Item' section below explains the conditions under which I will accept the return of items within your order.

The 'How to Return an Item Guide' below explains, in simple steps, how to return an item to me.


When to Return an Item


Cancelling an Order

My money back guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to me in its original condition, within seven days.

This applies to all of my products except commissioned original works of art.

Damage in Transit

If any items you recieve from Jason Hall Art apear to have been damaged in transit please return them for replacement.

Incorrect Item

If your order from Jason Hall Art includes any incorrect items please return them for replacement.

Defective Item

If any items you receive from Jason Hall Art are defective in manufacture please return them for replacement.


How to Return an Item Guide


Step 1 : Receipt of your order

When you receive an order please check it thoroughly to ensure that all of the items are correct and that none are defective or have been damaged in transit.

Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel an order and return it under my money back guarantee you must contact me at Jason Hall Art immediately and ensure that the cancelled order is returned to me in its original condition, within seven days.

Damage in Transit

If you notice your order has been damaged in transit when signing for it please refuse delivery of the order.

If you notice any damage after signing for your order please make a detailed note of the damage and wherever possibly take photographs of the damage. Please DO NOT discard the damaged packaging.

In either case please contact me immediately to inform me of the problem.

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect item or one that is defective please contact me immediately to inform me of the problem.


Step 2 : Complete the returns form

Complete the returns form that was included with your order (if you cannot find this form one is available by following this link to the returns form page).

Cancelling an Order

On the returns form simply check the 'Cancelling an Order' box and enter your order reference number.

Damage in Transit

On the returns form enter your order reference number and complete the section describing any damage to items within your order. When describing the damage it may prove helpful to include a photograph of the area of concern.

Incorrect Item

On the returns form enter your order reference number and complete the section describing the incorrect items supplied within your order.

Defective Items

On the returns form enter your order reference number and complete the section describing any defective items within your order. When describing the defect it may prove helpful to include a photograph of the area of concern.


Step 3 : Package items to return

Package the items to return securely (including all Certificates of Authenticity, any other accessories and the completed returns form), preferably in the original packaging if this remains undamaged.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all products are suitably packaged in order to prevent damage during return shipping.


Step 4 : Return items

Return the packaged items to me at the following address:

For your protection, I recommend that you use a recorded delivery service and ensure that the returned items are suitably insured.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to me unless I delivered the product to you in error or the product is faulty.

Cancelling an Order

Please ensure that I receive the returned items within seven working days of the date of delivery to you.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to me in the event of an order cancellation.

Damage in Transit, Incorrect or Defective Items

Please note that Jason Hall Art will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to me if I delivered the product to you in error or the product was faulty.


Step 5

As soon as I receive the returned damaged, incorrect or defective items I will dispatch replacement items to complete your order.

For order cancellations, as long as I receive the returned items within seven days and in their original condition I will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order.

Cancelling an Order

Please note that you will be responsible for all postage and packing costs, including the cost of returning any items to me, in the event of an order cancellation.

Your refund will be for the full amount excluding postage and packing costs.

Damage in Transit, Incorrect or Defective Items

Please note that Jason Hall Art will be responsible for all postage and packing costs, including the costs of returning the items to me, if I delivered the product to you in error or the product was faulty.

I will refund you the full postage and packing costs incurred in returning the items to me.
