'Windscreen Delivery - Indian Style!'

Every Indian is a businessman, not only a businessman but a businessman with big ambitions. Unfortunately they don’t always have the finances to support their business goals but they do have a secret weapon, something in their DNA, something that others don’t have. This secret weapon is an inherent ability to find a solution to any problem no matter how outrageous that solution may turn out to be. Sometimes known as Jugaad, you will see examples of this lateral thinking everywhere in India. This cartoon was inspired by seeing, on several occasions, large windscreens being delivered via scooter through rush hour traffic in several major cities. It just wouldn’t happen anywhere else, but the customer got the windscreen and was back on the road before you could get past the ‘Sorry but we are experiencing higher volumes of calls than usual’ messaging while trying to order a the same windscreen in the UK.
