I want you to be entirely happy with every purchase from JasonHallArt. If for any reason you want to return items, I want you to know and understand my returns policy.
My money back guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to me in its original condition, within seven days, and I will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
Defective Goods
You can always return items if they are received defective in manufacture but please note that I only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective in manufacture. Please see "To return an item" below for details of how to return a defective item to me.
To Return an Item
To return an item, please complete the returns form that was included with your order (if you cannot find this form one is available by following this link to the returns form page). Pack the item(s) securely along with the returns form and send the package to the address given below.
In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original packaging, with all Certificates of Authenticity, and any other accessories. Then send the package to the address below:

For your protection I recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Returned Items Delivery Charges
If you are returning an item because of an error on my part or because it is defective, I will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to me. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
Refunds
Refunds for defective returned goods and order cancellations will be repaid in full as soon as possible following receipt of the returned goods by JasonHallArt.
